Here's what he said this week, about the Republicans driving us into the ditch: “We put on our boots and walked into the ditch — it’s muddy and hot and dusty and bugs everywhere — and we’re pushing.”

See, it can be muddy and dusty at the same time. If you like your health plan, you can keep it. I was for the mosque before I was aganst it, except that I am not against it.

Bad news, Mr. President. 51% of the people have caught on.

The "car in the ditch" analogy Obama continually uses is old and tiresome. Further, it is inaccurate. If Bush "drove the car into the ditch", it was only because the democratic congress tore huge hole in the pavement, forcing the car to swerve into the ditch.

The first rule of holes is that when you're in one stop digging. Obama inherited a hole but continued to dig. Not smart.
