Sanspeur,
Your daughter takes some beautiful picures. Love how she caught the rainbow at the waterfall. Glad she is having a great time.

Dee is now in Ecuador, and planning a trip to the Galapagos Islands...I just got these photos she took in Columbia.

This was a sort of mini stone henge. It runs exactly east-west, and the natives used it in relation to the sun and moon to predict the seasons, lunar phases, best times to plant crops, and such things. We only got half of what the guide was saying here, it got a bit complicated for our spanish skills to handle.

Apparently the natives worshiped these!!

I don't know how I feel about this shot!

I am REALLY enjoying your daughter's travels via your sharing, Sanspeur. What stories she will have to tell her children someday -- and complete with photos!

Dee's comments...."no se gusta Produbanco! Grrrrr. Going to the Galapagos, back in 5 days"....She said it was cool and rained a lot in Ecuador, with hail the size of grapes...Can't wait to see the pics from Galapagos.

Salento Columbia.
