My husband and I will be moving to Surprise next week and I am wanting to find somebody to do my hair (color, cut) I have no idea where to even start. I want to find a talented person that won't do damage to my hair! Does anybody have any good refrences where I could get my hair doen when we get down there?!

I would suggest asking a friend/neighbor or someone you see in a store in the Surpise area that has a cut/color that you like. Asking on a board is very subjective b/c you can't see the person to know if you like that similar style. You also probably want to find someone close to you, so a neighbor or someone in the area would probably be the best resource. You may also want to look for reviews on Yelp.com, but you also can't see the people, although if it has several good reviews...

I have a friend that owns her own salon in Surprise. She has been doing hair for over 15 years and is super great! But I don't think I'm allowed to advertise her shop on here??
