Lacey, I really want to get with u on this one. U know I like to show my peevishness about ur peeves, but I live in some dry place with little wind. The recycle truck has never dropped anything that I know about. However, I don't like people leaving shopping carts anyplace they feel like it especially in front of the recycle container. I am totally peeved

If you go to the dump around here with an un-covered load, you pay a extra fee to dump.
