Don't get fooled by this. It looks real, but Microsoft doesn't announce updates this way.

I just came across one on my Outlook. I deleted it as I am getting a laptop shortly & doubt I have much space left on my current dinosaur.
But I bet I would have taken the bait if I wasn't in the market for a new computer.
