English (I am myself) and Irish (my grandmother was from Northern Ireland and my great grandfather from what is now the Republic). Before he died, my grandfather always insisted that there is some French heritage in my family line too but we've yet to verify that for certain. Rumour even has it that I am distantly related to Charlemagne which would be pretty neat although I doubt it's actually true.
