Way back in February.
When you were a youngster did you ever have a pet:
Cat?<-------------Some that came to visit that weren't mine too
Dog?<-------------Always
Bunny?<-----------Yes
Hamster?<----------Yes
Rat?
Bird?<--------------Mostly wild ones.
Chameleon?
Monkey?<----------Nope
Pet rock?
Other? I rode my horse home and put it in our yard

When you were in school were you:
A good student?
An average student?
A Teechur's Pet?
A cheerleader?
Involved in sports?
Glad it was over?
Other? I missed the deans list by a couple of points in high school and that was without studying. In college for the Respiratory program I had to join chemistry and algebra two weeks after the class started and catch up and pass or wait another year before I could join the Respiratory program. The chemistry professor wasn't going to let me join because I was so far behind. I told him it was my money and that he should at least let me try. I sat in his class room on the first day and started answering questions correctly. I didn't take the final and still passed with a C. (My best friend's husband had a stroke and didn't make it) Algebra was child's play and I would take two or three exams a week until I caught up with the class. I loved chemistry. I loved the formulas and experiments.

Mikey's Pun Time.
Mikey decided he was going to take his girlfriend on a romantic getaway to San Diego. Just the two of them . . . all alone. He was really excited and couldn’t wait to get there. On Friday evening, after their long hot drive, they checked into the hotel and Mikey told his girlfriend, “I going to jump in the shower.” She tells him, “That’s a great idea honey. I'm going to go down to the bar though and have a nice drink. Will you join me after your shower?” Mikey says okay and jumps into the shower.
An hour later, his girlfriend sitting alone at the bar, sipping her wine, is getting annoyed that Mikey is taking so long. She calls the room and Mikey is sobbing. “Mikey Honey, what wrong?” she asks. “I can’t get out of the room,” says a puzzled Mikey. When she asks what's wrong, “Well, there are only three doors in the room. One is the bathroom, another is the closet and the last one says “Do not disturb.”

My poor Joe Joe was sick last night and I almost took him to the emergency vet at 2am. I decided to try a walk in the nice cold air and see if I could get him to purge. It worked like a charm and he was fine when we got home at 3am. I was wide awake and didn't fall asleep until 530. Doh. T he things we do for love.

Have you filed your taxes yet?

Nope, Yanks living abroad get more time.

When you were a youngster did you ever have a pet:
Cat? Several...not all at once
Dog? One he lived about 16 years.
Bunny? Briefly, for Easter in WW II, and this was the beginning of my father's idea that he would breed rabbits to supplement the meat ration. He bred them - well, actually they took care of that themselves; but my mother only endured one skinning and cooking of one of them, and signed off on rabbits. By this time the rabbit's rabbits were having rabbits, so he took the entire horde out to the country where he worked and let them go.
Hamster? Rat? Bird? Chameleon? Monkey? Pet rock? Other?...None of these.

When you were in school were you:
A good student? Yes
An average student?
A Teechur's Pet? Only in first grade maybe because the teacher and her sister lived on our street, and went to our church, were friendly with my mother.
A cheerleader? no
Involved in sports? no
Glad it was over? No, I enjoyed school.
Other?

Fill in the blank:

Right now would you like some: The last time I ate a significant amount of cheese, four hours later I was in an ambulance going to the hospital for my first stent. I have passed on cheese since then.
Cheese pizza?
Cheese curds?
Cheesecake?
Cheezwhiz?
Cheese sandwich?

Something else cheesy?

1986 – The Three Hundred and Thirty Five Years' War between the Netherlands and the Isles of Scilly ends. I thought the whole thing was pretty silly myself.

Tomorrow, Monday the 18th, is the final day to file your taxes in the US.
Have you filed your taxes yet?
Yes, already done
When you were a youngster did you ever have a pet:
Cat? Yes. Sadly, she passed away the day after Thanksgiving, 2015.
Dog? Yes, she's 14 years old as of this year.
Bunny?
Hamster?
Rat?
Bird? Two parakeets I got for Christmas in 2003 or 2004. They were named Raven (because that one was purple) and Tweety. Raven lived until '09 and Tweety was with us until the next year.
Chameleon?
Monkey?
Pet rock?
Other? I also had a fish tank for many years. It eventually just became too high maintenance, the algae was getting way out of control.

When you were in school were you:
A good student? This one
An average student?
A Teechur's Pet?
A cheerleader?
Involved in sports? I played in youth leagues while I could, but had no interest in high school sports. Going to school at 7 am and practicing after school until 7 or 8 didn't appeal to me
Glad it was over? Absolutely. My high school was known for its seedy crowd, and doesn't receive enough funding to keep it from falling apart. I was talking to one of my coworkers who still attends there the other day and she says it's only getting worse.
Other? Was just reading some responses, and I agree with bjh, I was a clock watcher to the extreme.

Fill in the blank:
Women are sweet some of the time
Men are
Children are not anything I'd ever want, but no one ever seems to understand. Everyone always tells me, It'll be different when they're yours. I'm not buying it. I'm way too selfish to be a decent parent, nor do I have the time, energy, or money.
Whatever happened to the good times? I'm only 21, but this country is definitely the most messed up it's ever been.

Never heard of it before today.
Right now would you like some:

Cheese sandwich?
Cheese dip?
Something else cheesy? Some stinky cheese, for our pal Alaskan Mutt!

As I recall, I made As, Bs, and Cs in junior high and high school, graduated with a BS with a 3.46 (with honors) and a 4.0 in my graduate program. Whether that is subjectively good or average I can't really say but I was never a teacher's pet or involved in school sports yet I continue to be glad it is all over.
