I started in the Orlando forum and only posted there for months. Then, just like you, AksarbeN, I started answering the same thing over and over and then the board was invaded by some really negative people so I decided to venture out! Now I go to the Entertainment, Parenting, Games and other. Its totally a guilty pleasure so I never take it serious and use my brain to heard
I start in the Maine forum....and depending on how much time I have after that I wander. I come here next....then I will check food, sports, books, music, house....
I will say I hate to "get behind" in the Maine forum and this forum! I feel like I "know" some people pretty well, especially in the Maine forum, and I miss it when I can't check in During the week I work from home, and have the laptop set with an open page to C-D. I just hop in and click the refresh button throughout the day. Lately though I've been so busy with work and other online stuff (Christmas shopping mostly!), I haven't been able to do that as much.
If I have a dm, I go there. But, I open it up from my toolbar, and scroll down to relationships. Check my thread, post, to other topics, possibly post, back to relationships, and if I feel inclined or think of a question I need to ask, I go to whichever forum, parenting, sometimes i peek in over at photog, I have the states collapsed, and some other section, I dont even know...lol
Back in the day, I did not know these other forums even existed, I found other topics purely by accident, because a thread I had been following in NC had been moved...shoot, if not for that moved thread, I may still be over there!
Change of events in my life takes me to not moving to NC anymore, but within my same city.
I usually start out in Other Topics first then move back and forth between Entertainment, Relationships, and Other Topics for most of the day...when I've read most of the threads I take a peek at all the others in General Forums. It's pretty fun.
When I first joined CD a few short months ago, I used to check out the Pennsylvania and Arizona forums but decided I liked the General Forums better.
I use to have an order to my CD visits, but it's pure madness now that I'm a jocund wandering spirit...and I owe that to the discovery of the Other Topics forum.
Besides OT, I visit: Photography, Parenting, Health & Wellness, NH & CA... sometimes Admin Zone, only 'cuz AksarbeN told me it existed.
Now I'm off to have something covered in chocolate to honor the day!
