Hello,
We are planning a move to FL from MI near the end of June. I do woodwork and need to find a shop to do my work. I've been looking for commercial warehouses for lease, but wondered if anyone else is in the same boat needing to find a place that works as a workshop. Any advice on where to look or other alternatives?

I've already assumed that HOA's wouldn't be to keen on operating a wood shop in the garage with all the noise...

Thanks in advance!

I don't know about SW Orlando, and I know this is somewhat of a drive, but Port of Sanford leases out warehouse space fairly cheap.
