I think there are two payments: first payment in summer (sometimes in June, sometimes in July), second payment in November.

When will 2024 first house property bill be due?

I am thinking about paying off mortgage in early June or late May (sell some assets on brokerage account in a few weeks).

But probably they have already mailed bill statement to mortgage company already, if I pay off mortgage in early June, how should I know where to get my bill statement on time? I don't want to miss payment deadline and pay penalty fee.

I have no idea how it works, it is always mortgage company taking care of property bill and homeowner insurance. No idea how/where to view property bill on Fairfax county website (My Fairfax Tax Portal), probably no real estate tax information displayed in the account if there is still mortgage.

Exactly. Call your mortgage company. Every one likely has a different process.
