How do I find a house in Grand Forks? I am looking at listings on Elite and Oxford and Craigslist, but I know much happens by word of mouth.
Here's what I need:
Professional couple seeking housing in Grand Forks beginning Aug 1. I have accepted a faculty position at UND and we expect to rent/ lease for our first two years there. My spouse is also a professional. We have a 17yo son/honor student who will be attending college at UND and living with us. We have two spoiled but well-behaved Labradors. We have owned our own homes for the last 9 years.
I would like to live along the river/recreation area, but am open to other options, including closer to campus.
-Ideally a two-stall garage, but will consider one stall.
-Ideally a fenced back yard or permission to set up a dog run.
3+bedrooms and over 1500 sq ft. (ideally closer to 2000sq ft)
$1000-1400 (will sign 1 yr lease)
