Please tell me your thoughts regarding the possibility of Mt. Lodge Park in Blooming Grove, Orange County, becoming a nice retirement community.

Honestly, the chances of it becoming strictly a "retirement community" are probably slim to none. Mountain Lodge is more of a starter home type of community. While there are some people who do move in there to downsize it is a little less uncommon.
