Hello Everyone!
New to the site...I have been unemployed for almost a year...finally(I hope), they are going to offer me a position this development...I dont know to much about the area, I live in Manhattan. Can someone give me some info about the area? My interviews have been conducted in Manhattan, so I have not seen it except in pictures, and I have read about it. I was born and raised in Harlem, and have lived in low income housing in the early 70's when it was really popping...lol Does the LIRR go there what is the easiest way by subway... I need this job so I have to deal with it the best way I can - my hours there would be 9-5pm

I appreciate all opinions please!

You can take the A train and get off at the Far Rockaway/Mott Ave stop and take the Q22 bus and get off at Seagirt Blvd. stop or take the LIRR to Far Rockaway LIRR station and take the N31 bus to Seagirt Blvd.

It looks like a clean, well-run complex from the outside.

Hello,

Complex is very well kept. The apartments are large. You have access to the boardwalk and beaches.

A train to Far Rockaway. Can't remember the bus number but it goes right to Seagirt and B. 20th. Complex is there.

Good luck.

I think there is also an express bus (QM?) that leaves from midtown that you could take to the Rockaway Park Station B. 116th and then take the A train down. Worth checking out.
