Craigslist, realtor.com, seacoastonline.. I've searched them thus far and there seems to be little to nothing as far as houses for rent. Searching as far west as nashua but trying to stay closer to the coast and as far north as portsmouth, which I'm still shocked at how little there is as far as rentals go.. I lived in Kennebunkport a few years ago while my ex was working at the shipyard in portsmouth during his years in the navy.. there were tons of rentals. Someone please tell me I am just looking in the wrong places! If I could move straight back to Kport, trust me I would, but bf has to commute to Boston so Portsmouth/Kittery is about as far north as we can go. Help! lol

have you tried the Northern New England Real Estate Network? just make sure you click for rentals. Even call a few real estate agencies, they may know of some or handle them.

Wanna is right--your best and safest bet is to stick with the NH real estate database at NNEREN.com. The link she posted is our MLS database, and has the best and most current information. Please be really careful with craigslist. You hear about scams all the time, and I can tell you that they ARE out there. I have a Massachusetts listing for sale that has been scammed and posted as a rental (the posting has been flagged and removed). I HOPE that nobody sends this (or any other) LOSER money to rent a property that does not belong to them...
