Hello All,

Is there a quick way to find out which NH towns offer public water and sewer? My parents are looking for a house and won't consider a town that doesn't provide them. Thanks!

Call the towns they are looking in, or just check the MLS and that will say if the house they have an interest in has water & sewer.

Just because a town has it, doesn't mean that EVERY home in town has it. One can be far enough out that city services aren't provided.

Sparky is correct. Towns with public water and sewer do not necessarily serve every house in town. Generally the larger town centers and cities have public utilities although some of the smallest do not.

Greenville is pretty small (down on the MA border, but in the eastern edge of the Monadnock region), but it does have city water and septic. Basically, Greenville is all 'town center'!
