Try Chuy's or Cozymel's (technically in Brentwood, but barely). Both are in the Cool Springs area.

I think Chuy's has a private room you can reserve.

Chuy's is in Franklin, and Cozymel's is about 1/2 mile into Brentwood, if that. They're both in the Cool Springs area, which straddles the Franklin/Brentwood line.

Chuy's is between the Cool Springs and McKewen exits, Cozymel's is off Moore's Lane exit.

Another option if if you can find a pavillion or it is nice out, is Oscars on Columbia. They only do take out, but it is delicious. I've had them cater a couple times.

Oscars is now across the street from Centennial High. It's true their last place was small-only seating for 20 or so, but the new place is bigger. Not sure about 40, though.

You could try Blue Coast Burrito. They have inside and outdoor seating. You wanted cocktails, though, and both BCB and Oscar's only serve beer.

Chuy's and Cozymel's still seem like your best options.

Sportsmans is OK, i mean it’s your standard restaurant, sandwiches, salads, basic entrees. I am honestly not sure how this place stays open. The food is average and it is located on restaurant death row. But, with that’s said…there is sure to be something on the menu for everyone and they do have a full bar (can’t go wrong there). If they can accommodate a large group I would say go for it because there are not too many places in the area that can. It does have a laid back, come as you are attitude and atmosphere…so no need to get dressed in more then what you wore to the games that day.
So despite the fact that it might not be one of the culinary highlights of middle Tennessee, it might be the kind of place that your entire group will find relaxing and enjoy.
