Here's your chance to put in a good word for your neighborhood or subdivision in Franklin/Brentwood. We have been down there twice, but most of our research has been via the internet. A recent real estate article said one of the most valuable resources you can tap into is the neighbor next door. So here I stand at your door, knocking...should we move in next door?

Frozen, I don't mean to sound flippant, but without knowing anything about you and your wants, needs, desires, and resources it's pretty difficult to answer your question. The Franklin/Brentwood area is a very nice upscale area that appeals to some and doesn't appeal to others. It has its plusses and minuses based on what is important to you. As an example, Williamson County has the top rated public school system in Tennessee. It also has the highest priced housing of any county in Tennessee. Furthermore, the area is so large that no one development is a good example of what the area is like.
So, if you knocked on my front door and asked if you should move next door, I'd probably invite you in for a cup of coffee or something cold to drink, and then say, "that depends". It depends on what you want and what is important to you. So Frozen, what do you need and want, and what is important to you?
