Hello! I'm moving to Nashville, TN on July 20th and I need place to live. I'm going to be with Nashville Ballet, ( 3630 Redmon street, Nashville TN 37209) and since I can't drive, I need a place that's walking distance or at least close to public transportation. I'm going down there in about 3weeks, and I'd like to pick some places I can go look by then. I was wondering if anyone knew some places. Also what's the neighbor is like around there. Thank you!!

There was another person a couple ago that asked the same questions. Are you the same person?
In any event . . . the Nashville Ballet is near the Sylvan Park area. It's a relatively nice area (craftsman style homes that have been fixed up). The only problem is transportation because I-440 cuts through that area, so you either have to go to Murphy Road, or over to Charlotte Pike to be on the public transportation lines (as far as I know). Could make for a long walk. You might be able to find a rental in Sylvan Park.
By the way, I a friend who lives in that area and she generally has a roommate (she doesn't at the moment). If you think you'd be interested in that (and you're female, I can't tell by your username), send me a PM and we can discuss it further.
