hi experts,

i was wondering roughly when the beginning of the spring real estate market was in nashville. sitting here in new england, it feels nothing like spring.

my wife and I are visiting this weekend to look at the current listings of interest in the areas we are targeting (hillsboro/belmont/green hills) in the 500-900K range. on average, have I already seen the spring boom of listings, or is that still to come?

thanks

May and June are generally the months where you see the highest number of active listings in that area.

The new ones have started to come on the market, but you'll see more sprinkle in after this weekend and into April as well. It will continue into summer. Easter is probably not a favorite weekend for many homeowners to have their home ready for showing.

I wish we had more blooms for you, but it still looks like we're a few weeks out before everything starts turning green. Late start this year.
