Is there a good website to look for downtown Nashville properties? I found the downtown partnership's website which has a list, but doesn't include any websites or rent price/availability information. We're looking for a downtown condo/loft to rent starting in June.

One way to look, though certainly not the ONLY way, would be to look at the local Realtor website, Realtracs.
It depends on what you mean by "downtown." For example, I entered two zip codes for some downtown areas and narrowed the search by "rentals." This is what came up:

Wmsn brings up a good point...the definition of "downtown" varies from person to person. Some consider The Gulch and SoBro to be downtown, some even consider Midtown to be. When you're searching for properties, you definitely want to check out the map.
