interesting try though. the wooo whos in your post sound like it, the tune i mention the woo hoos leap out of the production, there may be a kind of crunching or slightly hip hop sound effect as they warble woo hoo over and over again
it's probably a hit that came out within the past maybe 2 years but then since i don't really listen top radio it could be older

i did this to other posters about a 1974 funk tune that i still never found. thought it was pick up the pieces by AWB but it wasn't. never found out the name or group. posters came close too but it wasn't the one
