Music video?! No way! Reminds me of something Leonard Bernstein wrote about Wayne and Wanda(it definitely applies to newboyz). "They are a manifestation of the musical mediocrity that passes for talent in our troubled times." And, he said this in the 70s or 80s. Still rings true. I also used the quote in Moon Songs #98. You won't get slammed(too much!), because many people feel the same way as you do. Most are afraid to say it What is really surprising to me though, is when someone you talk with about a song, movie, or book, they seem to like it. You talk more about what you like, and then they go, well, I don't really like it. Huh??? I don't get! Is it a game? Are they seeing if you'll flip-flop? It's like what Morrison said...People are strange!

Many who call themselves wrappers really dont like it. I mean there is nothing to like, it's trash. But humans do love to hop on band wagons dont they. How sad that so few can think for themselves today. Society says wrap is in so people will say they like it. Yup, Jim Morrison was right about a few things, even with death and the other side.

Lol I hate the expression Real Talk. I hate almost all slang though - especially "get it in". Everybody says it in different context what the hell does it mean?

"Real Talk, ma. I gets it in." Gets it in what?

Get it in can be used in a lot of different ways. You could get it in on a something like a test meaning your going to give it your all and do good. A lot of people use it when they're about to fight somebody they'll say something like "imma get it in and wash him/her up", "Real Talk, ma. I gets it in" sounds like "get it in" in a sexual/innapropriate way.

I don't hate slang I just hate when people write things like otha, jus, gurl, yoo, u, etc. With the exception of "u" it takes more energy to write like that.
