Yes! And stories that arent just some CGI rubbish. We saw Nomadland on Pay Per View. Good story.

People want to get out -- look how well the "Netflix & Chill" imperative went during lockdowns. Go short Nokia instead, because AMC isn't going away.

Yeah, maybe, but this rah rah rah for a standard movie chain is getting a little boring. There's nothing particularly unique about AMC. And a lot depends on how old the particular AMC theater facility is at any one given location.

This goes back to just before covid, but in this survey AMC didn't do particularly well in the ratings: https://www.businessinsider.com/movi...diences-2018-9

Well, I think it's a fine theater chain. I've certainly enjoyed AMC before the pandemic, and now they're back and better than ever. That's all I wanted to say before a few people jumped in here and began attacking me. Sheeesh...

I prefer to watch movies at home, and HBO Max simultaneous release of certain films has been great. If I do go to the theater, however, I will only go if they have the fancy recliners.

So be specific -- since covid, how are they "better than ever"? And how does that differ from other theater chains since covid?
