I watch bits of this movie every now and then when it's on cable. Overall, it's still a good movie. Fun fact: That line about pissing on a spark plug was improvised.

I love when they're about to lose to joshua at the end, Broderick tried something and it doesn't work. Federal officer says alright kid let's go.
The girl says no! Let him try again! And the whole nuclear facility obeys her lol
It's a very well made movie. Still holds up. My only real complaint about it --- which was totally the norm back then and still common today --- is that Broderick and Sheedy were obviously a lot older than the characters they were playing.

When the movie first came out, a computer geek friend of mine complained that the modem sound (when Broderick called into Joshua) wasn't realistic. He said it didn't "warble" like that. I told him he needed to spend less time on his computer.
Loved this growing up in the 80s and it's very rewatchable to me.
