The untold story of the detectives who brought down Bonnie and Clyde comes to life in this crime drama starring Woody Harrelson and Kevin Costner.
Starring:Kevin Costner, Woody Harrelson, Kathy Bates

WacoBill says: Thankfully, this doesn't seem to be yet another movie glorifying the outlaw couple. Costner and Harrelson portray the (retired) Texas Rangers who stopped them (with extreme prejudice).
It looks good but I just had the feel that I was watching a trailer for a miniseries not a two hour movie. Given the nature of the chase I might have preferred a miniseries treatment, but then the last Bonnie and Clyde that I can remember parts of was a miniseries and the Faye Dunaway Warren Beatty movie is in a class all by itself
I am sure that I will watch it, though I can't remember the last Kevin Costner movie that I thought was good.
I have enjoyed quite a few of Costner’s later films—and not enjoyed others
Very up/down performances because of the script as much as anything
He really can’t do well with a bad script because so much of his style of acting falls back on predictable and familiar reactions...
You can see/hear the same expressions/reactions spread across his films
In some they work fine
In others not so good...
So it's not about Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and Kris Kristofferson?
Unfortunately not...
I wonder if this is based on the novel by the guy who wrote the series about Bobl Lee Swagger, the sniper, and also about his father Earl a WW2 MoH winner and Arkansas law man...in one of the novels about his father—Earl helps bring down Bonnie and Clyde but takes no credit for his efforts...
