I have the terminator on VHS and i often do google searches for DELETED SCENES from the movie and to tell you the truth: I WOULD LOVE SEEING THE WHOLE MOVIE W/O ANY SCENES DELETED!!

My question is: Is there anywhere i could find a totally UNEDITED copy of T1 or T2?

This is just the latest movie i have been wanting to see WITHOUT THE SCENES REMOVED!!

Anyone know if such a beast exists??

The DVD of T2 has many scenes re-inserted into the movie. Not all of them though.

Not sure about T1.

Ya i guess thats the only way to see the removed scenes isnt there?

I think VHS is better, produces a nicer picture and sound and its sad you cant find that GOOD STUFF on VHS!

Where do you live? Some towns have places where you might have the opportunity to see the original in a theater.

But anyway I'd imagine that the original one put out by the studio is complete.

Compared to DVD? If so, what kind of drugs are you using?

Anyhow, "Special Edition" of original Terminator movies seems to have a bit more than the original cut. "Extreme DVD" edition of T2 also has even more scenes (plus time) inserted as well.

With the right software one could merge scenes to create one complete movie. I dont know about any deleted scenes from T1 though.

The Terminator - Cast, Reviews, Summary, and Awards - AllRovi

The above link takes you to a very helpful website that lists all the Terminator's video releases, with links to Rovi's thinking about how good each release is, as relates to the original movie. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by deleted scenes, but if you're talking about Cameron's choice of deletions, then here is the link to the same website that recommends the Special Edition:

The Terminator [Special Edition] - DVD - AllRovi

So, it would seem to me if you wanted to buy the above Special Edition or another one, I didn't check but I imagine the Rovi website would have a link to buy, or since you would now have the exact name and year of release, and form of delivery like DVD or whatever, then you could probably also find other websites online that sell those things, or at Amazon or even Ebay.

Actually I think old VHS tapes of movies broadcast on network television in the 80s provide the ultimate viewing experience. Especially those with some of the commercials left in when someone forgot to press pause on the record button. You can have your high-tech Blu Ray DVDs with special features and directors commentary--I'd rather watch a late 80s video copy of Beverly Hills Cop II with the swear words edited to jibberish and John Madden Miller Lite commercials interrupting scenes. Kids today don't understand that back in the day people were content with that.
