If i filled out a loan application and just sent it back 2 days ago and now a different mortgage company is giving me cheaper fees and i want to go with them. Can i call the originally mortgage company i was going to get a loan through and tell them we do not want to use them now?

I would not necessarily cut the original company loose. Explain the situation to both and let them compete against one another. It's possible that the second company is trying to steal your business and cannot actually deliver on what they offered you. It's more common then you think. Also get everything in writing.
