I've been checking the Duluth webcams and I have to ask: Is it just me, or are you guys having and unusually fine fall this year?

Yup, we've gotten very lucky so far. Quite warm, and particularly sunny, especially today. I'm glad, I haven't had a chance to get my summer slicks off yet and my winter tires on.

Any time its 75 and sunny on the 3rd of November (as it was yesterday in Mpls) is an unusually fine day. Today started out sunny, but has clouded over, though the temps are still around upper 60s. This fall has had a lot of great days! However, we do need rain!

A friend of mine said the other day that, in Minnesota, "November is the new September."

Yeah it's been very nice here. Except the fog a couple days ago sucked. Driving through the extreme fog on Rice Lake Rd and Arrowhead. Scary, because of the sheer amount of deer that are usually in that area. Today is a gloomy day, but at least the weather is decent outside. It's supposed to snow by the end of the week though. =/
