Okay, so my uncle was a navy seal, now a retired police officer. I never liked him, but since Seals killed Bin Ladin, I am starting to think twice about them How is VA beach? Where are clean military guys usually? obviously not where I am from in VA, there they could only down beer, never target a killer! Where are the better military communities?

Your post is confusing, but if you're asking about Virginia Beach, I can vouch for it. It's a great place to be stationed. I was there back in 2000 when the Army still had a post there -- Fort Story. It's an awesome beach community with a large suburban city with everything you can ask for attached to it. The only thing it lacks is a true big city nearby.

"I never liked him" That's your problem.

"Seals killed Bin Ladin" Yes, they did.

"How is VA beach?" I vacationed there once and found it kind of commercial, crowded, busy. Some of the surrounding areas were beautiful.

"Where are clean military guys" Wherever they are.

"they could only down beer, never target a killer!" Are they on duty? You don't know anything about them.

I spent 18 months stationed at Naval Station Dam Neck which is in Virginia Beach in 1977 - 1978; and then I was there again in 1987 for 6 months.

From the mid-70s to the mid-80s the area had changed a great deal.

In the summer the place is packed with tourists. In the winter it is empty.

Find post strange. Is this person looking to make friends or destroy Navy Seals?

Anyone in the military wants to "down a beer", I'd be honored to buy it for them.
