Wow, the inventory is even lower on rentals than on homes for sale.

I did see this in Lincoln.

Lincoln Woods, Lincoln, MA 01773 - HotPads

I know that complex is walking distance to the train stop in Lincoln. That is the same train line that goes to Porter Square, Cambridge red line. There is also much of what you would need in the nearby shopping area, also walking distance. That open mall has a grocery store, bakery/coffee shop, a good restaurant, post office and some other businesses. For children, there is Audubon, Codman Farms, the DeCordova Museum, many activities within Lincoln. You would also be close to Walden's Pond for local swimming in the summer (if ha ha summer ever happens).

Lincoln is a beautiful wooded town, probably very similar to the town you came from.

Thanks for the information. That is really helpful. Just sent an inquiry to the property manager. Never hurt to ask

The Decordova Museum is right up the road from that complex. Being a green organization, they offer free admission to anyone who rides their bike there.

Also be sure to add heat to your budget, if it's not included in the rent. Heating costs can be brutal in our winter months.

I'd skip Clinton. Downbeat town in general "all there is to do here is drink" says one escapee I know, and it lends no advantage to the commute. Best wishes and keep us posted.

Sadly they don't have anything available now, and they don't know if they will have one in June. Bummer...

Yeah, that is what I found out in this forum. So sad, it looks like such a nice town and the properties look so nice and cheap...
