Then that rural area descriptor needs to be expanded to include quaint shoppes, weekly festivals, and both a world class medical center and university (the latter can't be related to the medical center, though. That denotes poor people going there). Damn, I almost forgot "diverse" as long as they're highly educated and wealthy.

can be reached easily enough (depending on weather) from most any side road N of Frederick (I-70). See map.

I find it weird that so many Proggies want to live away from their beloved communities. It's like they want all the benefits of suburban living, but don't want to have to deal with the consequences of their politics (being an hour drive away just to get a taste is sufficient for them I guess).
