We are moving to the Brunswick area in two weeks and would love any recommendations any of you could make regarding doctors. I am 4 months pregnant and need an OB/GYN, preferably someone experienced with high risk pregnancies. We also have two young children so we are also seeking information on a terrific pediatrician. I'm from the Brunswick area, sorry I can't recommend a decent OB/GYN. Mine retired a short while ago. and moved down here. (lol)There are 2 hospitals in town, Parkview Seventh Day Adventist and Midcoast Memorial. Years ago only Parkview had the OB unit. (my last child was born 20 yrs ago today
,and both were born at Parkview) If there were an option today, I'd go with Midcoast. It's a very new hospital and much nicer than Parkview. Most docs today should be affiliated with both hospitals. Good luck with your move, I'm sure you'll find a great doc you'll be happy with.
