The best in terms of what? I really liked Belfast, myself. The Hannaford's (supermarket) there is wonderful, there are some good restaurants, fun things for families to do.

Very open ended question. Depends on who you are and what you like, want, or think is good. Think you could get a bit more specific? I think Morrel or Frankfort are nice towns but you might not likt them.

What are you looking for in a town? How far do you want to be from a grocery store? Are you looking to rent or buy? What's your price range? Are you in school or have kids going to school? Looking to be closer to a small population of people or looking to be out in the country more? A "city" like Belfast offers Hannafords, a movie theatre and some other shopping options. A small town like Jackson offers none of the above and is a half hour ride to an hour ride depending on weather...
