Beautiful team! My FIL logged with Belgians (my favorite). He'd hook up the twitch and send them on their way. Someone at the other end would unhook them and send them back. Their internal lunch whistle blew at noon and all work stopped. They had their lunch and went back to work. I miss those days.

Default Yarmouth fire....

There was a horrible fire Friday night in Yarmouth.... here's some information:

UPDATE: Damages from Yarmouth fire could total $4 million | Portland Press Herald

My SIL owns a business with two other women, and they are one of the businesses that lost their location. Before the fire was out however, they were offered a new location, and hope to be back to taking clients on Tuesday! SIL said the number of phone calls she's received from friends, clients, and people she barely knows, offering to help has been overwhelming. I took these photos yesterday--this used to be a three story building.....

Can someone identify this tree variety for me? I've always called them Pine trees, but they're nothing like the Pine we have here. They're so pretty!

You can still call them Pine trees. There are many different varieties. The view in the 2nd pic is fabulous!

Oh, yes. I have no idea where the first one was taken along the way, but the second was on an overlook in Acadia.
