I am a West Covina, CA resident and have been living in this beautiful city for over 3 years.
Since two years ago, I had been requesting for Fios internet service from Frontier for my housing community (Condo) but was always getting the answer of no Fios available.
While Frontier website shows Fios availability in my area but just not in the community I live in makes me wonder, why is the Fios service is not installed to benefit all residences in the whole West Covina but selected few.

I called up Frontier and the representatives told me that it would be approval process for the city(government) to allow a company to install Fios equipment in a certain area.

If a option is available to the area but only for a selected few type of residence like single house residences, is it even called equality? Shouldn't it be open up to everybody instead of some chosen ones?

So I submitted a petition to bring Fios service to all residences in West Covina, CA.

Dump Frontier; they are horrible. I just looked up your city; you have DirecTV, Dish and Spectrum; they all have to be better than Frontier, which has probably the worst customer service we've ever experienced.
