Yeah, it's a camera. Could be a traffic camera, red light camera, general surveillance camera, or just a track where we are at all times camera.
well, i know its not a red light camera. they put 2 of those up already at this intersection. can it be one of those camaras that views the streets and can be viewed online on the local weather channel?
