Preface, I have lived in NC for the last 11years. Its boring here and cold. I really need to a change. I have little to no debt. I want to move something completely different of what I am used to. I never finished college. I am really excellent in sales. Always top performer... so is the job market out there pretty friendly to me? I dont need to make a fortune. Just something to live and be happy(im easily pleased). what are good areas to live out in vegas? I just need a 1 bedroom apt.

thanks

Do you have a current job in NC? If not, and you have a large amount of savings, go for it. Otherwise, stay where you are. Vegas has not weathered the recession very well.

there are VERY FEW jobs here.. with 23yrs in sales and mgmt, i have yet to find a REAL job... If you're happy with 8 bucks an hour, you will find something... Have at least a year in savings ($10-$15k) before thinking the move
