Just curious to where the condos are that people say are a bit cheaper than apartments?? because i am having trouble finding them

No offense, but you can keep your discussion to one thread. People are offering you tons of advice, but you keep starting new threads asking the same questions.

If your budget is the lowest rents around, you will probably end up finding some pretty lousy places. That's just the way a free market works.

does anyone know anything about this place? it looks nice and is 600 a month, and right by a couple of golf courses.

3700 east Bonanza is an easy place to buy drugs.....step son lived there and sold there before his late and unexpected vacation at Club CCDC

even tho there is drugs in the area, is there alot of crime like break in to cars, the apartments?

Cars get broken into everywhere out here. I lived in an apartment on Tropicana and Decatur in the southwest. Nice neighborhood by anyone's standard. My truck got stolen from there and the perp that stole it used it to ransack open garages in the immediate area. I don't think many apartments get broken into. If I was a burglar I would break in to someone's home that had some stuff, so my target would be nicer neighborhoods and houses. That being said, I would not live in one place that you have asked about so far. I do have a wife and kid though. Let me put it this way, you get what you pay for. If you move into the cheapest apartment you can find you have to expect that the neighborhood is not going to be the best. If it was it wouldn't be the cheapest, plain and simple.
