[Sticky Fingers]

I am new here and did a search for this property and found nothing listed.

My dear friend and her husband are moving to Vegas in the next few months.
They purchased a unit at ONE Las Vegas. The closing has been moved many times since the first of the year, supposedly now closing in May.
I was wanting to know if any of the realtors in the area know anything about this property, good or bad.
She is getting nervous due to the real estate market that something could be wrong.
I have searched everywhere and can't find anything neg. so far.

Her contract expires in a few days, and she can get her escrow back, unless she signs the extension.
She and her husband have found some very nice properties in the Seven HIlls area, that are $100,000 less than her condo

A little background here:
They bought in the first presale of ONE in 2005. As far as we can tell, she has not lost anything, compared to the people who bought later in the year, or the following years.
It is a strip address, so I assume that means a little more if the market rebounds, than a 4000sqft lot home in Henderson.

I just need anyone that knows about this complex, and any other thoughts.

Thanks Mom! I have seen all these. I have been searching for over a week now..LOL
She is very stressed out and doesnt know what to do at this point, so I am trying to be a voice of reason...LOL
