Hey guys, I was just out in Vegas lookin for houses, and we found one in Monaco sands. It is off Edna, Between Durango and Buffalo. It looked like a nice area, but if there might be something i dont know. Any Suggestions?

Presume that is one of the components of the Monaco development. Generally nice middle class tract. Pretty much well maintained. Area is reasonable. No crime probems or such.

its an ok area, kinda secluded, no hoa, which means anything could happen in a couple of years, just look at northern green valley or warm springs/paradise or las vegas blvd and st.rose (Tierra Linda, while just built has no HOA, but within monthes has boats, rvs, and fences all over the place, it looks worse than northtown). be careful though, olecapt loves to complement about the west part of the valley

Only the NW...The SW was destroyed by the tracts before they got properly organized.
