Hi. We are looking at buying a townhouse in either Braewood or Heritage Square in 89121. I would like to hear from someone who either lives there or knows someone that does. We have been through there lots of times and it’s always very quiet with just a few seniors walking around. It also is supposed to be all owner occupied so I think that makes a huge difference.

We have always lived in a large single family house in either Green Valley or Silverado Ranch. We are looking to buy our next house and need to cut down expenses. I find the small newer cookie cutter houses boring and much prefer the personality of the older homes. I have no interest in the newer style townhouses. They are more like condos. I think we would be happier in a 2200 sq foot townhouse with a small private yard, than a 1200 sq foot newer single family house in a “better” area. According to the crimemap break ins in the townhouse area is no worse there than they are in the higher end area. Thanks.
