Has anyone had any experiences with this apt. Complex?
It's on broken sound road , east of town.

Posted name earlier incorrectly. Sorry.

I would not want to live in that area, not because it is bad, but because it is too far from the strip. However, 811 square feet for $605 a month that is gated, has a gym, and a washer and dryer is not a bad deal at all. If they were more centrally located, I would definitely consider living there.

I think the OP wants to live in an area close to everything. But safe and for a low price. Low price and safe do not always go hand in hand.

Yes, I want safe & lowest price for safety.
Basically trying to get the most bang for
The rental buck without a wild experience.
I am 50 yr old female on disability,
Not into gambling (at a table or with my
Life). This is why I am considering leaving
CA.

Went gun shopping @ one point in apt
Hunting which freaked me out....

I found this from 2003, I can bet it has gotten worse....

My vote: Don't move there.

More: My wife and I spent 8 months living in Oasis Rose (now under new ownership and called Maravilla) and it was one of the most miserable experiences of our married life. We did little research before moving to Las Vegas, and thought this place was as good it gets here. What a mistake. The complex is in a rundown, dangerous part of the valley, and obviously appeals to the low income renter. You're surrounded by overflowing dumpsters, abandonded shopping carts, and loud, thumping stereos all hours of the day and night. Maintainence is a joke, the apartment is beat to death, and management is slow, unhelpful, and almost dismissive. We knew it was time to move the night I looked out the living room window and watched one of my neighbors cars get broken into. Maravilla is a nightmare - avoid it like the plague. [LEFT]
