Check out Spring Valley, a wide selection of condos, townhomes and lofts surrounded by parks, shoppping and dining. The best part, Spring Valley is conveniently located in the Vegas valley.

Well, jhiker uses the official boundary of Spring Valley when he makes his recommendations: from Sahara all the way to Warm Springs Rd. in the south, and from Decatur all the way west to Hualapai. Using that definition, there are quite a few nice locations within that perimeter.

I agree with your comments that is why I am looking for a condo; plus with my busy lifestyle, the last this I want to do when I get home is chores around the house. Anyway, do you have any info on the Boca Raton? Message me please.

Mike

Default Where do you find efficient HOA

Been looking for a condo for a long time however cannot find anything where condo fees are reasonable. Am looking in SW Las Vegas/Henderson and for something 5 years old or newer where HOA is no more than $200/month. A pool and guard gate would be a bonus as the condo would not be lived in full time. Can you provide any advice?

Hahaha next time check your facts. Obviously you are not familiar with the entire Spring Valley and if you are referring to one of the first subdivisions in the area aptly named Spring Valley, it has nice landscaped sidewalks with potty bags and thrash bins something not common in many newer housing developments in Vegas.

Not many areas in Vegas can match the varied architecture of homes in Spring Valley, whether you are looking for condos, townhomes, lofts, apts, custom built homes or single family homes. The best part of Spring Valley aside from the location are the parks. Spring Valley is dotted with parks whether you are residing in an older neighborhood or in the newer residential areas, another expansive brand new park is currently getting built on Trop and Decatur.

Default Condos in Spring Valley area

I find that Meto website shows lots of crime around this area. They show less crime around Coronado Palms out on W Badura St.
