A great place to live.
Not so cold you cant live with it in the winter.
Not SOOO hot you cant live with it in the summer.
Plus you can have fresh veggie gardens in the Spring-to mid summer.
Save money on energy, and food.

Your Thoughts?

I agree with all about the weather and fresh veggies. I've lived here my whole life. I'm in my 40s. Only complaint is with law enforcement. They tend to hang out at shell, speedway, bp truck stop where they get free coffee. And as ive witnessed, they love talking with female workers because they believe the gun, badge and uniform torn them on. So to report crime one needs to go to these establishments to find those we hire to protect and serve.. also they use police vehicles as their own personal vehicle at tax payer expense. Other than that great place.

So, Sheriff Root put ye in Jail to huh. I've been around Laurel County....well lets just say well over 60 yrs and Sheriff Root and his men and women are very busy. Don't believe me? Read the news paper and watch the news or better yet join his facebook page he loves to publicize his catches and I love to see them. So, if they get free coffee down at the B&P.....they have earned it. Including and especially that, a great place to live.
