Cashout Refinace.Your advise is needed. Thank in advance. (Cooper: mortgage, refinance)

I applied for cash out refinance in the month of August, 2018 with Mr.Cooper and process
took almost 3 months and I had closed this loan on 11/21/2018.The loan amount was $159,750.00.
The amount I owed $110,559.55 from my previous mortgage was paid out of $159,750.00. Closing
cost was $7.534.89 which was also paid out of $159,750.00.Amount of cash to close $36,511.56
was transferred to my chase account.At the time when I applied for this loan my loan officer he
was able to see my credit report that how much money I owe to other lenders.Whatever they asked
me I provided that information best of my knowledge.After closing I received two checks from UPS
in the amount of $5,543.00 and $96.00 but both check were payable to chase credit card account and
I had zero balance on that account. I called my loan officer and explained him that I do not have
any balance on my chase credit card.If you were going to make checks why did not make for Wells Fargo or Discover card because both account had balance more than $10.000.00.He said it is not a
problem just take those checks to your local chase branch and deposit them in the credit card account.
I took the checks and given to teller she said since I had zero balance she can not accept those
checks.I contacted my loan officer and he did not answer my call I left him a message he never got back to me.Then I tried to contact his manager the number I tried had recording that number is non
working number.Then I call Mr.Cooper and talked to one of their representative and explain the whole
thing she transferred me to one of their loan specialist Mr.A I explained him the whole thing and he
transferred me to his manager Mr.B and he said "I had to request a credit supplement to verify with
our credit provider. They may call you if Chase requires for you to be on the phone. I requested a
rush on it as well. Once received, our underwriting group will review". this was the response I got
from Mr.B In the mean time I got a letter from Chase Bank stated company name CBCInnocvis want to get
some information about my chase credit card.Chase provided me their number I called them and talked to
a lady on 01/16/19 while I was talking to lady she verified I had zero balance with chase bank card.
She told me she will provide this information to Mr. Cooper that I do not owe any amount to chase visa.
I sent email to Mr.Cooper on 02/08/19 and have not heard anything as of 02/18/19.The amount of
$5,543.00 and $96.00 it is a part of my cash out which they do not want to give me. I tried to call them
several times ad left message they did not get back to me, I sent them emails they never replied.My
question here is they had my credit report in front of them and it clearly shows I had a zero
balance on my chase visa why they issued checks payable to chase.Your help and advise is really
appreciated in this matter.Thanks ad rereads.
