There's no such thing, unless you are a drug addict or late-stage alcoholic who will suffer withdrawal.

Some people do not have "porcelain like complexions", some do. It's how they are made.

Live as healthy as you can. Your body gets rid of toxins all by itself each morning in the bathroom.

Drink more water. Eat more veggies. Have less sugar. Eat probiotics and fermented foods. Have fewer inflammatory foods (wheat, coffee, dairy can be skin offenders for some people).

Your body (inside, anyway) is "self-cleaning...you don't need to "detox". Your complexion is what it is. Some have ruddy complexions, some look like porcelain, some are blotchy, some are freckled, some are sallow, some are pink....it is what it is.

This. Just stay away from chemicals and sugar for the most part. Probiotic and prebiotic foods are great for general all over health. It will all keep your liver healthy which will take care of the rest.
