"On a party".......boat? Or did you mean you will be AT a party? This usually means indoors. Please specify so we can give you ideas/advice on the proper attire for the location.
I would wear whatever you feel beautiful in, be it something you already have or something you can find at an upscale thrift shop. Although it is too late now to shop, so I hope you have something already or can borrow from a friend.
