I dunno, is he smiling? What is he doing? Does he need directions to anywhere? What does tall, fit and good looking have to do with anything? Why would I want to talk to him? Do I know him? There are so many variables, it's not answerable.
Its all I've ever been attracted to. My late husband had those physical characteristics and so does the man I am currently engaged to. They are both marines as well.
For some reason, I thought this was about seeing a hot guy while working out...anyhow I've edited my response below...
Most of the time I'm in my own world and ignore everything else, so when I actually *see* someone, even if they are cute, my first thought is something like "AHHHH, HUMAN!". After that I normally reminisce about the handsome man and if they are still around I'll admire the view every so often. I don't typically want to talk to them because 1.) I'm married and 2.) they probably get by on looks and not intelligence...I'd hate to prove myself right. That's why I don't listen to interviews with actors either, I really don't want to ruin the illusion of what they would be like in my head.
I think...oh that guy is good looking and move on. Same thing if I see a good looking woman. Then I go about my business.
If I was single I might try and flirt a bit and smile.
