We keep our thermostat set to about 74 or 75 in the winter. In the winter, I wear pjs with the feet in mostly. In the summer I wear cutoff shorts and a tank top.
None of you wear long sleeves inside your house during the winter. How warm do you keep your home. I set it at 67 F and would shiver in T shirts.
It gets COLD where I am, seriously cold.
I keep my thermostat about 65 although I kick it up on cold mornings so I'm not shivering after my shower.
Usually I keep the heat down low during the day when I'm at work. I have three dogs and the one that tends to get chilly is allowed on my bed, and snuggles under my quilt.
I should have added to my OP, I do also throw on a flannel shirt or sweatshirt on very cold days.
Year round: yoga pants with a short or long sleeved t-shirt. No bra. I'll wear an oversize sweater or a sweatshirt if I'm chilly. Bare feet or slippers, never socks.
In the colder months I wear black cigarette pants made of ponte fabric with a cowl neck sweater and smoking slippers. In the warmer months I usually wear a cotton shift dress and slip-on capri sandals.
I always look presentable. Never know when you may have to hurry out or have a surprise visitor. Once clothes get raggedy, I discard them. Stretched and holey has never made things more comfortable for me. Not sure where I got my view, as I come from a family of sloppy rednecks. Maybe that it's. Maybe I try to distance from my roots as much as possible.

I've actually considered that many times: would I be embarassed if I had a surprise visitor?
I guess for the most part I'd say no...I'm clean, toenails painted, clothes are not dirty.
Otherwise I figure occasionally holey or raggedy is OK, since I'm in "at home" mode.
Ad hoc visitors, well I don't really care what they think of my at-home attire. Friends - well they are friends, they know they can take me or leave me as is. Other surprise visitors - well if I don't know them well, their opinion is not really important to me.
I often dress like that so I can do random sets of push ups, sit ups, weight lifting throughout the day , no use getting dressed unless I plan to go out.
I have always stayed pretty much nekkid when the weather is warm, but I was in the country with no neighbors in sight. Just moved to the city, so I am afraid those days are over
