If you want people to critique your look more accurately, you should take shots where the camera is level and not turned at weird angles. You could even take some face shots looking directly into the camera and from the sides and then take a full length picture of your entire self (head to toe).
I have seen your pics dude, you do have smart look, just need to put off bit weight. You are underestimating yourself actually which you shouldn't do. You will look much better if you lose some weight.
